The meeting exhibition will take place in the Grand Patio on level 2. This spacious area is located close to both the amphitheatre and the poster board presentations. Coffee and lunch breaks will take place in the exhibition area in order to encourage maximum networking opportunities.
Book a 3m x 2m space here to showcase equipment of interest to delegates. 1 complimentary registration is included which will also give you access to the meeting rooms where you can listen to the sessions and get up to date information in your field. Cost: €1500
On Sunday 19th May there will be a welcome reception for all attendees. Interested companies can sponsor this event and we will make available a small exhibition area nearby for you to display a promotional banner of your choice. Price on request
On Wednesday 22th May there will be a Gala Dinner for all attendees. Interested companies can sponsor this event. You will be asked to provide your company logo which will be displayed on each table. Price on request
Interested companies can sponsor this event. Acknowledgement will be given to the sponsor by the chair at the beginning of the session and a slide from the sponsor will be included at the beginning and at the end of the presentations. Cost: € 1000
Book a full page colour advertisement in the program booklet which is given to all delegates. Costs are:

Flyers in the conference bag
Distribute a flyer in the conference bag. These are pre-inserted into each delegate bag. You will need to design and ship x250 flyers to the conference venue. Cost: €300
Interested companies may provide their own bags. You will need to provide x250 bags and ship to the conference venue in advance of the meeting. Cost: €700
